The service

QuizRoom is a free live multiplayer quiz game on iPhone and Android. Questions are generated automatically by artificial intelligence: they may contain mistakes, which you can report from the game.

Your account

• An account is required to play online. You are responsible for what happens with your account and for keeping your password private.
• You must be at least 13.
• Your username is public: it must not be insulting or hateful, or impersonate anyone. We may refuse or change it.

Fair play

• No cheating: no tool, script or modified app to rig a game.
• No abuse of other players.
• If you break these rules, we may remove unfair gains, suspend or delete the account.

Jokers, rewards and purchases

Jokers, experience points and rewards have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged or refunded, and cannot be converted into money.

When in-app purchases and the QuizRoom Plus subscription are offered, they will be paid for and managed by Apple or Google, at the price shown in your store. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, from your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules.

Ads

QuizRoom is partly funded by ads. No ads are shown during a question or between questions. Rewarded videos are optional.

Availability

We do our best to keep the game running, without being able to guarantee it. Maintenance or a required update may interrupt the service. We may change, suspend or stop all or part of the game.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for a service interruption, a mistake in a question or loss of progress due to a technical problem. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile, Settings, Delete my account). The privacy policy explains what happens to your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please write to sawadogo.badiniibrahim@gmail.com first: we look for an amicable solution. You may also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
